Tome: AI powered presentation app

Tome A. I. for academic presentations?

Presentations are a staple in higher education. The use of presentations using PowerPoint, or other presentation software, is a common method of communicating information, concepts and ideas in higher education settings.

Presentations are often used to supplement lectures or as a standalone method of instruction. They allow instructors to present a large amount of information in an organized and visually appealing way, and can help students understand and retain the material.

Today’s presentations include multimedia, such as text, images, videos, and animations. The use of multimedia helps illustrate and reinforce the points being made. Many students also use presentations in their own coursework, such as for group projects or presentations to the class. There is no doubt that presentations are a useful tool for conveying information to an audience.

Tome is a new presentation app that utilises artificial intelligent (A. I.). To generate content, its dialogue box is based on ChatGPT. And Dall-E2 is used to generate visuals. These features put Tome in a category different from PowerPoint and Canva. Done well, they can help in telling your story.
