Gamma.app for preparing Powerpoint lectures?
Last week, Universiti Sains Malaysia’s young lecturers who attended my Designing Effective Presentation session got a chance to use Gamma.app tool. The following is a short video of a 1-minute presentation session by one of the groups.
They found that the AI generated presentation maker worked “blazingly fast” in generating contents for lectures. However, some noticed that the generated contents needed to be carefully vetted before sharing them with students.
Limited free credits is another downside of using Gamma app. Thus, for them to rely on this presentation tool would require the purchase of more credits.
