If you head to the Co-pilot (the right hand side), the SCISPACE’s AI-powered chatbot presents you with 12-13 prompts. And provide succinct answers to your questions.
So you can quickly grasp the gist of the paper.
SCISPACE reads tables
It can also help “read” tables in an article. I think this feature in SCISPACE is awesome for research students with English as the second / third language. Also students with learning disabilities who have difficulties in viewing media, thus having the text can be a big help in their learning. Check out Kee Man’s video where he shows how to use the feature:
And… the platform uses #ChatGPT 3.5. Definitely be great with version 4 is out (I really hope so).
SCISPACE helps identify influential articles and references
Last but not least, head to the bottom of an article where you can see the references. SCISPACE can also bring up references with citations and snippets. This feature will help researchers to assess the influence of the cited articles and guide you as you are doing a deep-dive into into the topic.
As I’ve mentioned earlier in my post, the skill in asking the right question is important in this AI-era.
